I ordered from my neighbor in Sep just to be nice and help her out....I waited and waited and have gotten the run around completly... This consultant said my order got lost just mine...So i waited and still nothing said it was shipped and still no order.

I sent an email to the complaince department because i wrote the check out to her for the candle warmers They can not refund me my money I feel decieved and I have never dealt w anything like this before..All i can say is be careful who u order from.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Same. $160 later and no product.

No response from the consultant or the company. I am at a loss as to what to do.

I too have been ripped off by a Scentsy host. I am invited to a lot of parties...Scentsy, Origami Owl, Thirty-One, etc and I will no longer order products.

If I can't buy it right then and there, forget it.

I hate thieves! :(

The problem is when the consultant is a thief there is nothing you can do and the compliance department just laughs. Compliance has more excuse for not getting involved then any other home party company I have ever came across.

I am a consultant and I am sorry to hear this happened to you. This is solely the consultant's fault.

I have many customers and i have fulfilled many orders. Sure, Scentsy may have short shipped me but they have ALWAYS sent me what i need once i make a support ticket. As an ind. consult.

I always make my own specials, make sure my customers are satisfied.

I even buy back bars they may have received as a gift and let them swap it out for something else. Again, I am sorry you had a bad experience, but it is not SCENTSY's fault.

As a consultant myself Im truly sorry for that bad Rep.. but with Direct selling companies the company itself won't refund you the money because you wrote a check out to the consultant and not the company.. It would be up to the consultant to issue the refund.
