I tried to log into my workstation last night to make an order.I’ve been ill & haven’t ordered in over a month.

I was told by my upline lady that all I need to do is call & reactivate. I cannot get through on the 800 number.

Unfortunately, your upline gave you some incorrect information.

If you want to reinstate, you don't call account services.
