I ordered myself and my manager stargazer warmers in january from a consultant who i know personally, underatamding it would be a a wait for the stargazers, i finally recieved a message from my consultant who told me they were in, she wanted to test them first before sending them, i asked for pictures and she never sent any.I messaged her a week later to see if she in fact sent them and she said no.

She told me that she just lost her job and had no money to send my warmers... i triend to message her again two weeks later and she never even bothered to reply to me.. my manager is pretty dissapointed with the behaviour of the consultant and the company she is representing.

Not to mention she's pretty unimpressed with me for the reason too.The shipment info that says for sam has the date i ordered everything and there are dates above all the messages.

Hello,

I see that you posted a screen shot of the an order in the Scentsy workstation.Which can only be accessed if you have a Scentsy ID.

If you have a Scentsy ID you are considered an Independent Consultant with Scentsy.

The photo indicated that it was a partial shipment meaning that only part of the order was shipped and the rest will be mailed once the item is available.

Scentsy Consultants are completely devoted in providing customer service that is positively memorable.

When you ordered from your consultant was it at a Scentsy party or online?

If you ordered it online on her registered Scentsy Website you order will be delivered right to your front door and the email you provided in the order will be sent a confirmation of the order and another email with the tracking information. Have you contacted your consultant other then on messenger? Calling her? Cause maybe you guys can meet up if you live in the same city.

If you have the receipt of the item maybe you could contact Scentsy corporate office.Since you are a Scentsy Consultant
