After using a scentsy dryer disk for the very first time, my dryer stopped turning and the disk had disappeared.When I contacted customer service (after 3 attempts with no response), they pretty much told me "too bad, deal with it".

I took the dryer apart to find the belt and pully dislodged and the disk was lying under the dryer drum. The seal around the dum is torn apart. Now I'm dealing with Ryan MaFarland, (Scentsy's attorney) who offered me a $25 credit to cover $250 worth of repairs on my dryer, saying damage to a dryer was "not common". I've asked for testing methods and results that prove that there is no chance of damage to persons and property.

Now he will not respond.Perhaps this products was put on the market without proper testing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: I want a full refund and my dryer repaired.
