I purchased a Stargazer warmer from a consultant trying to show support.The warmer almost caught on fire out of the box and it wasn't even turned on.

This is the second warmer this has happened with. I filed a claim. I never even received confirmation that my form had been received. Their legal rep Nancy McLinn has been rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful throughout and I still don't have a refund or a replacement.

No one handles these issues but her so I have no recourse until she decides to do her job. My consultant hasn't bothered to check in or offer her assistance either. Both are a waste of time and energy!

She is a disgrace to the customer service profession!Will never purchase again!
