I am going to try to keep this as short as possible. I had a consultant that was a friend of a friend, that I agreed to have show for.

She sent another consultant to the show, who was terrible (short version). The original consultant was her leader and was going to make everything better and she apologized. Well she wasn't any better, she kept our money and orders for over six weeks and never placed the order nor refunded us until I threatened to turn her in for theft. She gave me excuse after excuse and once I talked to Scentsy and other consultants and confirmed her excuses were lies, she turned on me and started threatening me and in a short just went crazy!

I provided all of the lies and threatening texts to Scentsy compliance department and all they did was give excuses and basically brush me off. I used to like Scentsy but any company that allows their consultants to lie and steal and then tries to brush off a customer when they've proven what a nut and liar she was, I cannot and will not support a company like that. I will never order for them again. I have had to cancel and get a new debit card, spend more money doing money orders and certified mailings, and refund money for shipping she charged for when there wasn't supposed to be,and have my friends and family watch their bank and credit card accounts because of this psycho and that's in a nutshell from this hellish non-ending nightmare.

I did find another consultant to place my order (my entire show) today, but now the product will be arriving right about the same time as baby #2 is coming...

that should be fun! Thanks Scentsy for your horrid customer service and allowing your consultants to scam people!!

You got ripped off by the seller, and turned away by the company. And instead of buying wax elsewhere, from a more respectable company.

You just found another scentsy consultant? Interesting choice, since you probably could have bought that all from walmart in the candle section

Because my friends and family wanted the items they ordered. I couldn't really take their money and credit cards and go to Walmart and buy them. I did what I had to do to make sure everyone was taken care of and got what they waited months for.

Wow unbelievable we never have any ridiculous problems like that in doterra. Our customer service is awesome!! I suggest switching over to a new healthy way

I just had a consultant sent my $156 order to a different state and then mess up the re-delivery with UPS so I still haven't rec'd my order. Her response: "This is nothing to me." WOW.

Well as a customer of Scentsy in the past, I guarantee it is now NOTHING to me to order from them. I called Scentsy headquarters talked to some "team leader" name melody who will not take my calls, she said "it isn't scentsy's problem, their reps are independent". NICE. So no product and I paid.

I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge.
