I'm sorry you are upset about this but if the order wasn't placed on January 1 by 12:30am you will have a long wait time and your consultant should have informed you of this.Please don't let this ruin your love for scentsy as a consultant I think scentsy is very connected to us and tell us everything that is going on we were informed on January 1st that this was the case and we were warned a month ahead of time that this could happen that's why a lot of us did preorders and stayed up until 3am my time to place the order so my costumers would get theirs.

As of right now people won't be receiving their stargaze for 1-4 months depending on when the order was placed.I hope that you will continue to buy from scentsy.
